What you can expect

Korean Kickboxing or 'Freestyle' Kickboxing is a martial art which concentrates less on the traditional & more on the modern. but still allows a combination of both. Techniques have been adapted to make them more suitable for street situations, no patterns, more sparring & sparring techniques.

What do we teach

There are many techniques that we teach in Kickboxing, such as Sparring, various punching/Kicking/Blocking techniques as well as self-defence and weapons. Sparring has been adapted to modern day sparring and varies from point stop to full contact.
